What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in North Carolina (and expanding markets).

Chris Compton started Lux Lighting Solutions with one goal: to raise the standard. After years in the electrical field, he saw too many corners being cut by employers who lacked care and craftsmanship. Determined to build something better, Chris launched Lux Lighting with a focus on quality work, thoughtful design, and reliable service—values that continue to define every project the company takes on.
His favorite jobs? Smart home lighting and automation—projects where creativity and technical precision come together to create something truly next-level.
